We’ll meet with you to learn about your organisation, what your IT needs are, and what kind of help and support you will need now and in the future. We primarily work with businesses in Basildon and Essex but are also happy to support companies that are based further afield.

We’ll undertake a full audit of your hardware and software, enabling us to understand which parts of your current systems are fit for purpose – and which aren’t. (Sometimes, we’ll refer to this service as an IT healthcheck.) Once we have all this information to hand, we’ll use it to make recommendations to help you achieve your objectives.

We’ll work with you to create a budgeted plan that will cover all the work that needs doing as per your bespoke IT strategy, plus provide the timescales for each task and the agreed costs for each element of the project.

At this stage, we’ll put your plan into action, making the changes and upgrades needed to your systems and monitoring the process closely to make sure your systems remain intact and your business experiences minimal downtime.

Our in-house customer support team and our engineers will be on hand throughout your entire project, and beyond. Many of our bespoke IT solutions are just the first step in a long-lasting partnership with our clients.

We make sure that handover of each stage of a project is as seamless as possible – and that your teams are fully prepared for any switchover.
